John Campbell
Partner & Founder
John Campbell is a business leader and entrepreneur who has owned and operated companies ranging from architecture to general contracting to cell tower construction. John joined the emergent industry of wireless telecom in 1996 when he began building cell towers in the Caribbean. He continued in the industry after moving to Idaho and merged his second cell tower company with Insite, which later grew to a valuation of $3.5B when it sold to American Tower in 2020. John began investing in cannabis in 2016 after realizing the potential of this new industry. He brings a wealth of experience in business building, financial services and new business ventures. John participated in multiple sports at Williams College including soccer, skiing and track.

Scott MacGuffie
Partner & Founder
Scott MacGuffie has over 20 years of leadership experience across manufacturing, distribution & logistics, standard operating procedures, quality control, compliance and global supply chain management. He worked for Smith Optics (later Safilo) for 14 years managing global distribution and logistics before holding roles in operations in retail merchandising and automotive accessories and parts. Scott’s primary business focus has been streamlining and improving operations and he is considered an expert in efficiently managing operations at scale. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Sunglass Association of America and The Vision Council. Scott was on the ski team while attending St. Lawrence University.

Chris White
Partner & Chief Strategy Officer
Chris White is a proven analytical and financial leader with experience in banking and corporate finance. Chris spent 7 years at Barclays in the fixed income division responsible for consulting on technology development, systems build out, global marketing and risk management. He is trained as an investment-grade debt trader and has proven valuable in all phases of evaluating and managing investments. Chris started his career as a paperboy for the local almanac in Pittsburgh before going on to play lacrosse at Princeton.
